Our Outplacement Services are provided for employers wanting to help employees leaving due to reductions in force, reorganization, individual and other reasons. Services are a benefit offered to the employee as part of their severance package. We are the region's premiere provider of this service, are partnered with the world's largest career consulting firm, and are the only full service Outplacement provider between Sacramento and Portland.

Since 1987, persons with disabilities affecting their work have been receiving our Rehabilitation Services through our vocational rehabilitation service, Assessment Center. We have helped thousands of persons re-enter employment by overcoming physical and other conditions affecting their employment. We hold several state and national certifications, and are recognized as leaders in evaluation, plan development, placement, modifications and other services.

We offer More Services for Employers as well. These include evaluating jobs, recruiting and assessing candidates, evaluating performance, and coaching/training existing staff.

There are also Services for Individuals. People choosing to make job or career changes, or considering self-employment, can utilize our counseling, testing, evaluation, and business planning expertise to make meaningful decisions in a cost-effective way.
